Join us at Memorial Union Sept. 17 from 4–7:30 to meet other students, eat tasty food, and share ideas to improve campus sustainability.
Application Information
Green Fund pre-proposals can be submitted at any time. Full applications for the 2026–2027 academic year are due October 20, 2026, and March 5, 2027.

Proposal Process
Prior to submitting an application, please consult the Green Fund Application Guide 2025-2026.
Pre-Proposal
Submitting this form to the Green Fund indicates your interest in applying for funding. Green Fund staff will review your pre-proposal and offer feedback to help you refine your ideas before fleshing them out with the full application.
Application Form
Summarize your project and provide the names of your team members. Also tell us where on campus your project will be implemented (host facility).
Support Letter
Obtain a letter of support from your primary contact at the proposed host facility.
Budget and Impact Tools
Use the tool to estimate the costs and impacts (environmental, economic, and social) of your project. The budget will help us know how much money you require. Please choose and complete the version of the Budget and Impact Tool that best fits the scope of your project.
