Cassie Sanford is a senior double majoring in Geography and Environmental Studies with a certificate in French. She began as an intern in summer 2020 and is very excited to be a part of the team. As a first-generation college student, Cassie is passionate about informing those with a nonacademic background about sustainable issues, particularly environmental justice issues. She plans to go to graduate school to study disease biogeography or environmental policy. In her free time, Cassie enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and walking her dog.
