Gwen is a senior studying Nutritional Sciences with certificates in Global Health and Chican@ and Latin@ studies. Through this position, she is excited to be a part of the work done to make the campus more sustainable and bring attention to environmental justice issues. Gwen is also a director of Slow Food and is passionate about increasing access to local, sustainable food. After graduation, she plans on continuing her education in public and environmental health. In her free time, she loves to cook, go on hikes, garden, and visit the farmers’ market.
