Support sustainability at UW

Thank you for your gifts to support the Office of Sustainability and sustainability initiatives at UW–Madison. The office is thankful for all gifts made in the name of supporting and promoting sustainability. In particular, we’re thankful for gifts that support our top priorities:

  • Faculty, Student, and Staff Development Fund — this fund is allocated to faculty, staff, and students to support their creative ideas for new initiatives in sustainability research, education, and/or implementation on the UW–Madison campus.
  • Doctoral and Thesis Fellowship Fund — this fund provides fellowships to support doctoral and thesis studies related to sustainability with the intention of supporting development of the next generation of sustainability scholars and educators.
  • Student Internship Fund — this fund provides internships in sustainability research and practice for undergraduate and graduate students.  These are hands-on practical positions where students apply existing principles or explore new concepts in sustainability at UW–Madison or in a local community nonprofit or governmental organization.
  • Student Project Fund – this fund supports student projects by unofficial or official UW-Madison student groups that are pursuing special projects related to sustainability.
