Cecilia Vanden Heuvel

Cecilia Vanden Heuvel is currently a sophomore double majoring in Environmental Science and Botany. Following the completion of this degree, she plans to pursue a Master’s in Plant Ecology. She is currently a part of the ASM Sustainability Committee to advance off-campus recycling efforts, and is also a member of the Sierra Student Coalition. As a part of the Sustainability Advisory Council Student Subcommittee, Cecilia hopes to promote ideas leading towards protection of natural resources to further our campus and surrounding communities through a decrease in energy use and a push towards renewable resources.
