Biography
Gabby Lambert is a sophomore studying environmental science. She is a part of the summer research internship at the Office of Sustainability. Gabby is interested in making sustainable food more accessible to all. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading all kinds of books, cooking, and playing card games with her family.
