Laleh Ahmad is a reader and writer from Karachi, Pakistan. She is presently a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the Environment and Resources program. Her research focuses on disaster management and environmental governance in Pakistan. She has previously worked as an investigative researcher focused on kleptocratic networks at the nexus of human rights, conflict, and corruption, and has a Bachelor’s degree in History.
