John Horn

A Certified Recreational Sports Specialist with a Master Degree in Recreation Management from the University of Arkansas, John Horn has been employed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison since October 2004, first as the Director of Recreational Programs and Facilities, then as Director of Recreational Sports from 2012 until he assumed his current role as Chief of Staff to the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration in August 2019. Prior to his appointment with UW–Madison, John worked as an Associate Director at the University of Arkansas.
